A chicken wing is lifted with red, spinach Chinese miso.

Hen chicken wing 16

Salt, pepper Proper-quantity soy sauce Tablespoon 2
Alcohol Tablespoon 1
Red, spinach Chinese miso Tablespoon 1
Katakuriko Proper quantity
Oil Proper quantity

A hen chicken wing is soaked in [A] about 30 minutes.

Katakuriko is sprinkled and it fries with Karari in 180-degree C oil.

Of course, not a chicken wing but chicken thighs are made deliciously.
