How to make Japanese radish namul (センナムル)


Material :
Japanese radish 1/2
Salt Proper quantity
Vinegar Tablespoon 4
Sugar Tablespoon 4
Ajinomoto Teaspoon 2
Powder red pepper Tablespoon 1
Paprika powder Teaspoon 2 sesame oil Tablespoon 1

A Japanese radish is julienned.

Salt is put into a handful ball, and it dresses with a Japanese radish, and places for 30 minutes.
